Privacy Policy
Muscle Clock is designed to work entirely on your device. The app does not collect, transmit, sell, or share your personal data. There are no analytics SDKs, ad networks, trackers, or third-party data collection services built into the app.

Data stored on your device
Your workout and recovery logs are stored locally on your iPhone. You control your data. The app includes optional import/export so you can move your data yourself.
Internet access
Muscle Clock does not require internet access to function. If you choose to contact support by email, your email provider will handle that message as usual.
What information Muscle Clock collects
Muscle Clock collects no personal information and no device information. This includes (but is not limited to): names, email addresses, identifiers, precise location, contacts, photos, health records, analytics events, advertising identifiers, diagnostics, or usage telemetry.
What information Muscle Clock stores
The app stores the information you enter (for example: muscle impact events, recovery settings, notes) locally on your device. This information stays on your device unless you choose to export it.
Import / export
If you use import or export, the app produces or reads a file that you choose. Exported files are created on your device and are only shared if you share them. Muscle Clock does not upload exported files anywhere.
Support email
If you email support, the content of your message and your email address will be handled by your email provider and delivered to us so we can respond. We use email only to provide support. We do not use support emails for marketing.
Children’s privacy
Muscle Clock does not collect personal data from anyone, including children. If you believe you contacted us and shared personal information by email, you can ask us to delete that email by contacting muscleclockapp@gmail.com.
Changes to this policy
If the app’s privacy behavior changes in the future (for example, if analytics or cloud sync are added), this privacy policy will be updated before those changes take effect. The “Effective date” above will also be updated.
